¶ Placing the Device
It is recommended to place the VDS on the right side of the printer, with its filament outlets facing the printer.
¶ Connecting the Printer
Follow these steps to connect the VDS to the Creator 5 series:
- Connect the provided 4-pin data cable to the data ports on both the VDS and the printer.

- Plug the power cord into the power port on the device and connect it to a power source. Allow the VDS to complete its startup.
- Check the status bar on the printer screen. The VDS is successfully connected when the icon
appears.
