If you encounter any issues during device use, you are welcome to contact us at any time. When reporting issues, details such as a detailed problem description, fault pictures, or videos all help after-sales personnel quickly understand the problem details, promptly determine the root cause of the problem, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. We recommend that you collect the information mentioned below that needs to be gathered first and send it to the after-sales personnel in a timely manner:
① Serial Number
② Video (preferred) or image when the device malfunctions,and files;
③ Describe in detail the timing when the failure occurred (such as before printing, when printing reached 25%, after performing a certain action, etc.)
④ Device Log (Note: Do not copy the log after restarting the machine unless it has crashed, as the log may be partially overwritten after restarting)
⑤ Version number of slicing software or APP
⑥ Log of slicing software
