If you encounter any problems while using our devices and software, please feel free to contact us at any time. When reporting an issue, detailed problem descriptions, photos or videos of the fault, and other relevant details will help our support staff quickly identify the problem and provide an effective solution in a timely manner. Please submit the following information together:
① Product serial number
Video (preferred) or photos of the device when the fault occurs, and the printed model;
③ Detailed description of the steps taken when the fault occurred (e.g., before printing, at 25% of the print, what action was taken, etc.)
④ Device logs (Note: if the device is not frozen, do not restart the machine before copying the logs, as logs may be partially overwritten after a restart)
⑤ Version number of the slicer software or APP
⑥ Logs of the slicer software
