During long-term operation, the optical axis of the Z-axis may experience some particle crystallization on the guide rail due to friction and the intrusion of external dust. This can cause the Z-axis to run smoothly and become laggy during the operation of the print head. Slight issues may lead to the appearance or exacerbation of Z-direction layer lines in the printed model, while severe cases can cause lag and abnormal platform operation.
1、Maintenance Cycle
Depending on the usage frequency, we recommend the following maintenance intervals:
High-frequency usage (average daily printing time ≥ 5 hours): perform deep maintenance of the Z axis once every 3 months.
Regular usage (average daily printing time 1–5 hours):perform maintenance of the Z axis once every 4 months.
Low-frequency usage (average daily printing time < 1 hour): perform maintenance of the Z axis once every 5 months.
