During long-term operation, the Z-axis bearing may accumulate some dust due to friction and the intrusion of external dust, which can cause jams and hinder smooth operation during platform operation. Minor issues may affect the appearance of the printed model, while severe cases can lead to laggy operation and abnormal platform behavior.
1、Maintenance Cycle
Depending on the usage frequency, we recommend the following maintenance intervals:
High-frequency usage (average daily printing time ≥ 5 hours): perform deep maintenance of the Z axis once every 3 months.
Regular usage (average daily printing time 1–5 hours):perform maintenance of the Z axis once every 4 months.
Low-frequency usage (average daily printing time < 1 hour): perform maintenance of the Z axis once every 5 months.
