Maintenance Purpose
To ensure all functional components operate properly and to prevent parts from rusting due to insufficient lubrication during long-term use.
Tools Required
WD-40, lint-free cloth or lint-free wipes, and grease.
Maintenance Interval
Once every 500 hours
Maintenance Steps
1、1.Remove the PEI plate from the print bed to prevent any residual WD-40 from dripping onto it, which may affect print adhesion;
2、Spray a small amount of WD-40 onto a lint-free cloth. Do not apply too much to prevent dripping during wiping;

3、Use the WD-40-sprayed lint-free cloth to wipe away any old grease and debris from the three positioning balls;

4、Apply an appropriate amount of grease to a lint-free cloth;

5、Use the lint-free cloth to apply a thin, even layer of grease over the entire surface of each positioning ball. Repeat for all three positioning balls. Only a thin layer of grease is required. Do not allow grease to accumulate or form clumps on the positioning balls;

6、Use the WD-40-sprayed lint-free cloth to wipe away any excess grease that has adhered to the surfaces around the positioning balls。

1、Spray a small amount of WD-40 onto a lint-free cloth. Do not apply too much to prevent dripping during wiping;

2、As shown in the figure below, use the WD-40-sprayed lint-free cloth to wipe away any old grease and debris from the surfaces of the six needle rollers;

3、Apply an appropriate amount of grease to a lint-free cloth;

4、Apply a thin, even layer of grease to the area outlined in blue. Repeat for all six needle rollers;

5、Apply a small amount of grease to the locations marked in blue below. Each grease drop should be approximately 2-3 mm;

6、Use the WD-40-sprayed lint-free cloth to wipe away any excess grease that has adhered to the surfaces around the rollers;

7、 Repeat the maintenance process for the remaining three extruders, then place the build plate back onto the bed.
