During long-term operation, the X-Axis Linear Shaft may accumulate some dust due to friction and the intrusion of external dust, which can cause the Y axes to run smoothly and become stuck during the operation of the print head. Slight issues may affect the appearance of the printed model, while severe ones may lead to laggy printing and offset.
1、Maintenance Cycle
High-frequency usage (average daily printing time ≥ 5 hours): Perform a full cleaning and lubrication of the X axis once a month.
Regular usage (average daily printing time 1–5 hours): Perform maintenance of the X axis once every 2 months.
Low-frequency usage (average daily printing time < 1 hour): Perform maintenance of the X axis once every 3 months.
